Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 88efd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided at https://88efd.net and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces operated under the 88efd brand.

By accessing or using the 88efd platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino or sports betting services are prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing by 88efd.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 88efd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 88efd does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended 88efd account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are used — constitute a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 88efd or any of its affiliated software, payment, or studio partners.
• You must provide valid identity documentation upon request as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

88efd reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of 88efd's right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any subsequent point in the account relationship.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 88efd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access and operate your account.

88efd will treat any action performed through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims made — as having been performed by you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that action. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88efd immediately via live chat support. 88efd is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and Pakistani mobile number — current and accurate at all times. 88efd will use these details to communicate important account notices, security alerts, and verification requests. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may impair your ability to recover access to your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

88efd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods currently available in the 88efd cashier, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits are credited to your 88efd account balance in PKR at the time the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 88efd does not charge a fee on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply independent service charges for which 88efd bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed verification may deposit and play but cannot withdraw pending successful KYC completion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your account. 88efd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements do not apply to your original deposit principal.
• 88efd reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above defined thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are outlined in the cashier section. 88efd endeavours to process approved withdrawals on the same business day. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

Bonuses and Promotions

88efd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all 88efd bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded or who hold restricted accounts are not eligible for any bonus offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed on the promotion terms page.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
• 88efd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed by a player at the time of modification will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of claim.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures, engaging in low-risk hedge betting across bonus and real-money balances, or otherwise abusing promotional mechanics will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts reviewed for continued eligibility.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All casino games available on the 88efd platform use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by professional studio partners under strict procedural standards. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or physical dealing procedures and are not influenced by 88efd or any player action other than the placement of a wager.

Sportsbook betting at 88efd is subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 88efd does not honour bets placed after an event has commenced unless the market was explicitly offered as an in-play market.
• In the event of a technical fault, communications failure, or data feed error that affects the display of odds or the acceptance of a bet, 88efd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Where the result of a cricket match, PSL fixture, or any other sporting event is subject to official revision, the result used for settlement purposes will be the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the point of settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• 88efd reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player account at its sole discretion, including where patterns of professional betting, arbitrage, or match exploitation are identified.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88efd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to assist in game play, bet placement, or interaction with the platform in a manner not intended for standard player use.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other multi-player game environment in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own legal name.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the 88efd platform to transfer funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void. Players who identify technical errors are required to report them to 88efd support immediately.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in conduct — including in live chat, on any community feature, or in communications with 88efd staff — that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing in nature.

Responsible Gaming

88efd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 88efd platform — including but not limited to the 88efd brand name, logo, graphical assets, game interfaces, text, software architecture, promotional materials, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88efd or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88efd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the 88efd platform without the express prior written consent of 88efd.

Any unauthorised use of 88efd intellectual property — including use of the 88efd brand name, logo, or platform content for commercial purposes or in any manner likely to create confusion with the official 88efd platform — constitutes an infringement of 88efd's intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88efd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 88efd platform, regardless of whether 88efd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 88efd shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other listed payment method.
• Loss of data, account history, or preferences resulting from technical events outside of 88efd's direct control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 88efd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88efd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

88efd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to a deposit on your account.
• Compliance with a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring restriction of your account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding dispute or investigation.

You may request closure of your 88efd account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days of receipt of a confirmed closure request.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 88efd platform — including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, withdrawal processing, or account decisions — you must first contact 88efd's customer support team via live chat and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 88efd commits to responding to all formally submitted complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to [email protected], marked clearly as a formal complaint. 88efd will conduct a full review and provide a written final decision within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the formal complaint.

Where the formal complaints process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanism established by 88efd's applicable gaming licence authority. Details of the relevant mechanism are available on request from our support team.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88efd holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 12 and that proceeds to formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Amendments to Terms

88efd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 88efd will provide notice of the changes via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 88efd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://88efd.net/terms-conditions and displays the effective date at the top of the document.
